Cancellation Policy for PTE Official Test Bookings

This Cancellation Policy applies to users who book the Pearson Test of English (PTE) Official Test through TOP PRO ENGLISH. By booking the test, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by the User

Users may cancel their PTE Official Test booking under the following terms:

  • Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Test Date: You may cancel your test booking more than 14 days before the scheduled test date and receive a partial refund of 50% of the test fee.
  • Cancellation Between 14 and 7 Days Before Test Date: If you cancel your test booking between 14 and 7 days before the test date, you will receive a partial refund of 25% of the test fee.
  • Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Test Date: If you cancel your test less than 7 days before the scheduled test date, no refund will be issued.

How to Cancel: To cancel your test, please log in to your TOP PRO ENGLISH account and follow the instructions in the "My Bookings" section. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@topproenglish.com for assistance.

2. Rescheduling the Test

If you wish to reschedule your test rather than cancel it, the following terms apply:

  • More Than 14 Days Before Test Date: You may reschedule your test free of charge more than 14 days before the scheduled test date.
  • Between 14 and 7 Days Before Test Date: If you reschedule your test between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled test date, a rescheduling fee will apply.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Test Date: Rescheduling is not permitted within 7 days of the scheduled test date. You will need to cancel the test (if applicable) and rebook at full cost.

3. Cancellation by TOP PRO ENGLISH or Pearson

In the unlikely event that your test is canceled by TOP PRO ENGLISH or Pearson (e.g., due to technical issues, test center closure, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule the test at no additional cost.
  • Receive a Full Refund for the test booking fee.

We will notify you as soon as possible if such a cancellation occurs and provide instructions on how to proceed.

4.No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the test without prior cancellation or rescheduling, you will not be eligible for any refund, and the full test fee will be forfeited.

5. Refund Process

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after confirmation of cancellation. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
